50 Plus Computer Learning Center

The 50 Plus Computer Learrning Center (formerly known as the "Palatine SeniorNet Learning Center") opened in April, 1995 through the sponsorship of the Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council. It was established to teach computer skills to older adults (50 or over) in a understandable, enjoyable, and friendly way. Since opening, over 5,000 class participants have taken advantage of our program. Taught by all volunteers, we use PC compatible computers (with Windows 7) and MS Office 2007 software for teaching Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Database, and PowerPoint.
