Anyone who wants to create documents or spreadsheets but doesn’t want to spend the money for Microsoft Office; Google documents is a free web-based program that does not require you to buy or install anything on your computer to use it.

Learn how to:

  • Set up a Google account and use the Google Documents screens
  • Create new documents, presentations or spreadsheets
  • Organize your Google Docs storage into collections (folders)
  • Share your documents or collections with other people
  • Edit your Google documents from any computer anywhere without having to use a flash drive
  • Download your Google documents to your computer
  • Upload documents from your computer into Google documents
