Course Details
In this workshop, you will learn how to use Windows Live Photo Gallery, the free photo management program used with Windows 7. With this you can:
- manage, tag, and search digital photos
- import photos from a camera or other removable media; this program has the ability to view, select, and tag photos that are automatically grouped by date-taken.
- share photos by uploading them to Windows Live Photos, Flickr and Facebook
- view a photo's color histogram with shadow and highlight adjustment, or to adjust a photo's sharpness
- stitching photos into panoramas using technology developed by Microsoft Research
- batch resize photos and rotate videos, and
- detect faces.
Windows Live Photo Gallery includes all the features of Windows Photo Gallery in Windows Vista as well as the new ones listed above
