You will learn how to use Windows Live Photo Gallery, the free photo management program used with Windows 7.

Course Details

In this  workshop, you will learn how to use Windows Live Photo Gallery, the free photo management program used with Windows 7. With this you can:

  • manage, tag, and search digital photos
  • import photos from a camera or other removable media; this program has the ability to view, select, and tag photos that are automatically grouped by date-taken.
  • share photos by uploading them to Windows Live Photos, Flickr and Facebook
  • view a photo's color histogram with shadow and highlight adjustment, or to adjust a photo's sharpness
  • stitching photos into panoramas using technology developed by Microsoft Research
  • batch resize photos and rotate videos, and
  • detect faces.

Windows Live Photo Gallery includes all the features of Windows Photo Gallery in Windows Vista as well as the new ones listed above
